Business Intelligence Service Owner

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Service Owner speaking English :

Be part of a team of 20 people setting the strategy of the services, triggering projects, and piloting a managed service provider of 200 people
Create a roadmap for the BI hosting services and more generally, data management services. Lead its implement by the service provider through projects
Steer the work of a BI architecture group of 5 architects, through project mandates and regular project meetings
Supervise the operational KPIs of the BI hosting services, operated 24/7 by a team of 5 administrators
Develop Data Management practices as a framework to help the various hosting services consumers
Handle escalations from the business owners
Report internally on status, issues, costs, and service efficiency

You have at least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, IT product ownership or IT service management
At least 5 years of experience managing a team
Working experience in a medium to large IT environment
English Any other European language is considered as an advantage
Required technical skills:
- Experience with Data Management practices: data governance, data security
- Good experience with at least one BI commercial product (SAP BO, Tableau, Qlik, etc)
- Knowledge of automation concepts and techniques
- Experience of IT service operations at scale
Nice to have:
- Knowlede of SAP BO and DS
- Knowledge of Qlikview and Qlik Sense
- Knowledge of SAS
- Knowledge of data virtualisation tools like Denodo
Experience dealing with product vendors and other suppliers
Service-oriented mind-set
Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail
