We are looking for an IT Cloud / Tooling Support Administrator speaking English : Your main responsabilities : Troubleshoot end-user incidents on infrastructure level only Create and maintain AWS stacks. Monitoring tooling performance and production jobs Receiving, logging and managing requests from customers via ticketing Liaise with other technical teams for problem resolution On-call interventions Log analysis Maintain and amend procedures Participate in meetings and training related to the position Your profile : You have at least 2 years of experience as IT Service Desk/IT Support. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree English fluent. French is considered like an asset.
